Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VerceLabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
